Why Should You Sponsor AAF Events?

You’re ensured to be reaching a relevant and targeted audience of marketing professionals.

AAF events typically bring out direct clients, agency folks and anyone who touches marketing in the Midlands; from printers and free lancers to media salesmen. During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, we had to get creative, but still provided wonderful opportunities for our members.

AAF luncheons occur monthly and feature a speaker who will discuss a certain topic and we try to keep topics diverse within advertising. We aim to find sponsors who correlate with the speakers topic of discussion for that luncheon. In the past, we had an agency come in who handles predominately real estate clients which are known for purchasing directional outdoor and having signage in leasing offices/home shows etc. TPM Printing sponsored the luncheon and showed off all of their fabulous printing solutions from vinyl’s to pop up’s or printing on tile/carpeting in a leasing office. Luncheon sponsors are encouraged to leave business cards/brochures or little gift with a company’s logo. Sponsors can set up a booth to meet and greet as attendees walk-in and be there to answer any questions afterward. It’s a great way to distribute materials, be present to field questions and chat with buyers and clients in a not so “salesy” way.

We also have the American Advertising Awards in February. There is a theme, open bar, DJ and lots of creative awards being given out to midlands agencies, marketers and media partners. Again, this is a great way to get your company exposure to an extremely relevant audience in a non-invasive way. You can sponsor various categories like Broadcast, Print, Interactive and Creative. Some of our sponsorship levels come with the option to set-up a booth at the gala to hand out materials and chat with everyone. It’s a fun night that lots of people in the Midlands look forward to every year!
