Whitney currently serves as the Marketing Manager and Strategist for Rhythmlink International, a Columbia, SC based manufacturer specializing in medical devices that connect patients to machines for recording or eliciting biopotentials. Whitney is responsible for setting and executing nationwide marketing strategies to support annual revenue goals. With help from her team she manages Rhythmlink’s digital footprint, traditional advertising campaigns, special events marketing, public relations efforts and more.
Prior to joining the Rhythmlink team in 2016, Whitney held positions in the President’s Office of the University of South Carolina, United Way of the Midlands and Epworth Children’s Home, where she contributed to organization-wide communications efforts, as well as special events ranging from intimate fundraising dinners to community events and commencement ceremonies hosting thousands.
Whitney has been involved with the local chapter of the AAF for several years, and previously served as the American Advertising Awards Gala Co-Chair and Judging Chair. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina School of Journalism in Public Relations and lives in Columbia, SC with her husband, Nick.
Whitney’s weekends typically include bad horror movies, good beer, and a lot of sewing. She believes in giving back to the community whenever possible and that hot dogs are in fact sandwiches.
