We’re at the beginning of what’s promising to be Columbia Advertising Club’s most exciting year ever. Our board is buzzing with energy, our programs have people pumped-up and membership is nearing an all-time high.

Come celebrate the successes of our past year and the anticipation of our next at our Annual Kickoff Meeting at The Summit Club Wednesday, August 17, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Join us for the unveiling of this year’s event schedule while enjoying some of Columbia’s best food and drink in one of our city’s premier locations.

It’s also a great time to introduce your friends and coworkers to the club. Bring them into the loop. Let them gain from the experience of over 100 top advertising minds. (And I’m sure they’ll have a little fun while they’re here.)

2004/2005 was a banner year. And this year promises to be even better with informative meetings, club achievement events and the 2006 ADDY Awards.

Before I sign off, I’d like to take a quick moment to thank each of you for your involvement and participation in our organization. As always, it’s you, the members who make our club what it is. Thank you all.

So mark your calendar for our kickoff meeting on August 17. In fact, mark your friends’ calendars, too. They’ll thank you for it.
